Did I mention that running makes me hungry? And sleepy? But really, do I need an excuse to make buy ultra caloric pre-made garlic bread, whip up some marinara sauce and forgo the spaghetti entirely?
In 2008 I created this blog to record my progress as I trained for my first sprint triathlon. Now it functions as health journal - my own way of reflecting on my efforts to excercise and eat better.
